Thank you for visiting! I am Joanne Cagnetti Cronin, a native Daytonian and a resident of Oakwood for the past 38 years. My husband David and I have four daughters who now live in all different parts of the state.  In addition to managing a busy household we have actively invested in residential real estate for the past 38 years, and own several commercial properties as well. Following the sale of a successful business venture in 2008, I obtained my real estate license and in May of 2009 joined Irongate Realtors. 

In spite of a down market at that point in time I was rewarded for my hard work and continue to be in Irongate's Top 40 Peak Performers every year since 2009. This past year, 2023, my sales were over 13 million dollars!
